Making the Daws Hill Neighbourhood Plan

That the Council ‘makes’ i.e. adopts the Daws Hill Neighbourhood Plan pursuant to the provisions of section 38(A)(4) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as introduced by Schedule 9 of the Localism Act 2011) and brings it into force as part of the Development Plan for decision making on planning applications in Wycombe District.

Consultation process

There has been significant consultation on the Daws Hill Neighbourhood Plan throughout its production. This is detailed in the Consultation Statement submitted to the Council alongside the draft submission version of the plan. In addition, the District Council undertook a statutory 6 week consultation prior to examination. Prior to referendum, the plan (Consolidated Draft for Referendum version) was made available to view on the Council’s website and at the Council’s offices.
