The Cabinet for Wycombe District Council has ten members, including a leader and a deputy leader. Each member has a specific area of responsibility (also known as a "portfolio") and is accountable for the council's everyday decision-making process.
Their role is to draw up the annual budget and draft policies and strategies. All Cabinet members have a collective and individual responsibility for promotion and improvement of the Wycombe district through the council's community plan.
Meetings are open to the public and the council welcomes local citizens to come and hear the debate and discussion. Full council meetings start with public speaking and Cabinet question time.
